Blingo only accept members from the US. They are owned by Publishers Clearing House and you can sign up for chances to win the big super prize when you search in addition to the other prizes. Blingo is now powered by Yahoo, Ask and Msn Live Search.
Swagbucks not only rewards you for searches, they also give you points for shopping online. Points are redeemable for gift cards from Amazon,Subway,Starbucks,Itoons and more. If you are interested in cash back shopping be sure to visit my blog here. 1 tip I have for winning Swagbucks is after making a search, click on the 2nd page of search results. Many times you will win Swagbucks this way. Swagbucks has one of the highest rewards per search from my use of these sites. Membership is only available to the USA, Canada and United Kingdom at this point.
MySearch Bonus is another option for US and Canadian users where you earn points for searching. Points are redeemable for $10 gas cards, restaurant cards and more.
Wabbadabba is another search for prizes site including Amazon vouchers and 42in TVs. Wabbadabba uses Yahoo search results. International members allowed.
Scour is a new site I am trying out where you redeem points for Visa gift cards. International member are allowed at Scour. The earnings are very low here and there are better options out there.
iRazoo is another search site I'm trying out. It offers chances to win Amazon gift cards per search. You also earn points which can be converted to Nintendo Wii's, Playstations, Cameras,MP3 players and more. You can earn more points be voting on the sites you visit. The point earning is only available for members from the US, Canada, UK and India. Members from all countries can win the Amazon cards.

I'm waiting for more people to get paid by Myhomepage Friends before I recommend them again on this list. At this time there is more people complaining about the site than happy with it from what I have read.
Bigdevil search has now been added to the scam watch since their winners list has not been updated for months now.

in reply to GaneshNot many options for India I'm afraid. Irazoo or Wabbaddaba and they both give mostly Amazon.com gift cards from what I've seen which may be not very useful for people in India.
