Winter

Winter is the coldest season of the year, between autumn and spring. It has the shortest days and longest nights.

Some Winter Poems And Quotes

"Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and
for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home."
~ Edith Sitwell

"The birds are gone, The ground is white,
The winds are wild, They chill and bite;
The ground is thick with slush and sleet,
And I barely feel my feet."

6 Things Your Family Can Do (Inside) In Winter.

  1. Make popcorn, snuggle under a blanket and watch a movie.
  2. Cook (and eat) something together.
  3. Exercise. Do some sit ups, jumping jacks and jog in place.
  4. Start seeds in a paper cup.
  5. Play cards.
  6. Put on some music and have a dance contest. Keep changing the music and dance in what ever style comes on.
