Holly herself is proof that her workout works. Not only that, but her customers, clients, and her online community members are all proof that her yummy mommy workout does the trick for getting back into pre-baby shape. And, it's not just for moms; women from all walks of life enjoy following her program, too. The Super-fast Body Weight Workout - This workout is actually a component of a comprehensive workout program that the creator designed specifically for his female clients, which I think is very cool. The author is a frequent contributor to magazines such as Oxygen, Women's Health, and Prevention.
