Got Muffin Top?

Blueberry, apple strudel, bran, lemon poppy seed and chocolate are some of my favorite types of muffins. I have not tasted a muffin yet that I did not like.

There is one muffin though that I just cannot tolerate. Its the muffin top. No not the type you eat but the type around the waist of so many women whether weight proportionate or queen size. I hate to see a well dressed woman only to get to her waist and see all this hangage around the waist. There is just no excuse in this day and time for "ye old muffin top" around the waist.

I am a fan of Spanx. They come in all shapes and sizes. High-waisted, control top and even footless styles. At the cost of around $25-40 you can afford to pull in all your imperfections and have a smoother silhouette. I am a queen sized diva and always use a mirror before leaving my home.

I cover my middle with a nice jacket or top that covers my imperfections and I never leave the house without being pulled in with some kind of shape wear. Conceal cellulite, thigh ripples and dimples and your muffin top with a good pair of high-waisted Spanx Power Panties. They really do cover a multitude of faults and give you an extra lift as well.

Yummie Tummie T-tops can also whittle down your waistline while helping you conceal your giggle around the middle.

Remember the key to looking well dressed is buying the correct size no matter if it is a size 2 or 22. Wearing the right size helps your clothes fit better and you look your trimmest.
