The first problem with machines- Obesity is at epidemic proportion from too much sitting. You've finally taken time out of your schedule to workout at the gym. Why sit again and count reps. Well I'm here with 3 proven tips to help dispel the confusion and get you on track to your fat loss goals.
3 fat burning, muscle building tips:
1. Eat vegetables with every meal. Not only will you get essential vitamins and minerals, but the body has to work harder to digest fibrous foods essentially your body burns calories to digest vegetables.
2. Use full body exercises when you workout. Full body movements will burn more calories, as opposed to using isolation exercises such as bicep curls, and leg extensions. Full body exercises not only burn more fat, but build more muscle because more muscles are involved in the movement.
Remember the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is and the more fat you will burn.
3. Drink Water: Yes drinking water will help you burn fat. How you ask? Well, the function of your liver is to convert fat into energy- The less fat on your body the better.
In addition, your liver also aids the kidneys if they aren't functioning properly. If you're not drinking adequate amounts of water the kidneys must get help from the liver. The liver is now distracted from burning fat as energy.
So essentially you store more fat by drinking less water.
Give water a try not only will you burn more fat, but you will rid your body of toxins and excess water.
Your ultimate goal for water consumption should be drinking half your weight in ounces of water. That's a lofty goal to start off with, so just make sure you keep a bottle of water with you at all time and sip on it through out the day.
