Wonder Woman: Patron Saint of Strong Women Everywhere?
The first true comic superheroine, Wonder Woman has inspired multiple generations of little girls everywhere to click their bracelets together and covet that cool golden crown.
Whether your first encounter with Wonder Woman was through comic books, the popular television series or those classic Wonder Woman Underoos, here's my lens dedicated solely to the Amazonian Princess.
Why We Love Her
- She has an awesome costume. Even if there's not much to it.
- She has a crown. Everyone who was or is ever cool needs a crown.
- She can kick you and it will really, really hurt.
- With her Lasso of Truth, she can make you an honest man or woman. This should be regularly used on politicians.

Wonder Woman Theme Song Lyrics
Ever wondered what those lyrics were?
All the world's waiting for you,
and the power you possess.
In your satin tights,
Fighting for your rights
And the old Red, White and Blue.
Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
Now the world is ready for you,
and the wonders you can do.
Make a hawk a dove,
Stop a war with love,
Make a liar tell the truth.
Wonder Woman,
Get us out from under, Wonder Woman.
All our hopes are pinned on you.
And the magic that you do.
Stop a bullet cold,
Make the Axis fall,
Change their minds, and change the world.
Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
You're a wonder, Wonder Woman.

- W.Woman fans must check out the award winning animated Justice League series and George Perez's run in her own 1987 DC comic book series. Excellent potrayal of the princess in these two outings- reminding fans why WW is still one of greatest iconic characters ever created. great job on your WW lens!
