We've all heard the saying before, a picture is worth 1,000 words. But is it true?
Is A Picture Worth 1,000 Words?
Maybe...
In some cases 1,000 words would be far too many. In other cases 1,000 words may fall pitifully short. The words to convey the emotions inspired become elusive. Perhaps even pointless, as they might not even exist.What a concept, conveying a message at the speed of thought. With this in mind, let's have some fun...
I've posted some examples of Fine Art Photography. After absorbing these images recall your response. Was it a flood of thoughts and emotions? Or would a few precisely chosen words be a better fit?

I could be intimidated by these fellow photographers / artists, but I'm not. That would be a mistake. I admire their work, and strive to attain the level of craftsmanship these gifted individuals possess. My goal is to be considered as a peer.

As you may have noticed, it was the naming / branding of my boutique, word1001, that lead my train of thought down this set of tracks. Is it a runaway train? Will it derail? Or is it the high speed luxury ride of the future? There's only one way to find out...
