I was just flipping through the channels one day and came across Word World on PBS. At the time my daughter was only 2 months old; she was laying on her floor gym and she turned her head back to see the t.v. As she heard the catchy music. The vibrant colours and sounds captivated her. If she was fussy, i'd just turn on Word World and she'd stop and stare at the t.v the whole time! She is now 10 months old and still loves watching her show!Word World's Official Website

What is Word World?
Word World is a computer-animated cartoon series produced by WTTW Chicago, Illinois for PBS Kids, funded in part by the United States Department of Education. It is targeted at Nursery school age children, with their main goal being to "inspire a love of words and reading."WordWorld won an Emmy for "the best main title sequence in daytime television programming."
