There are plenty of great places to join. Before you run off looking for sites offering paid surveys there are a few things to look out for:

1) Are they legitimate? - Do they provide company information and ways of contacting them?

2) Is their website professional or littered with flashy addons and advertisements for other websites?

3)Do they advertise the ability of making high amounts of money a month(usually $3,000 and more)?

4)What is their payout? Cash, Prizes, Points?
Can points be redeemed for cash?

5) How often do they process payments? Some places do monthly, some after you've accumulated a certain amount of cash, others after a certain time period.

These are all things to check before signing up for paid survey places.
