Don't fall prey to all the home business scams out there!

If you've ever wanted to start your own home business, then you know there is a lot of garbage out there on the internet.

These scammers tell you they can make you instant millionaires with little to no work. If you know anything about business, then you know it's not easy.

Actually it's down right stinkin hard. I'm in the process of starting my own business, and I was lucky to find great sources of honest information. It's saved me $1000's of dollars I'm sure.

I hope you check out this lens and learn some things. I'm gonna keep it updated with tips and tricks to identify these scammers so you don't fall into their trap.

I think that the economy cycles through these changes every ten years or so, and it doesn't matter who the President is. Obama will preside over an economic recovery, and will be credited for it, even though it will be a natural cycle. Same thing would go for McCain. No matter what, the only way to go here is up, and smaller business startups will find a good deal of support. This is the perfect time to get a small business going.

    You're right Dana.........There are so many scams out there and I've definitely had my share. The bad thing is, sometimes people are using their reserves and sometimes all they have to improve their situation, not knowing they're being scammed and relying on business people to be professional, honest and upstanding. In the meantime, they've just been wiped out financially, set back, and sometimes don't know how to return from the damage.
    I thank you for getting the word about scams out there.

    If Obama raises taxes on what he calls the "rich" to the point where small business owners are hurt, they'll protect their hard-earned money by cutting back on expenses, which includes both services and jobs. As a small business owner who falls under Obama's definition of "rich", don't be surprised to see me protecting the money I spent ten years of my life earning by having to cut my staff and buy less services. Higher taxes are always bad, no matter what, but they're the only way Democrats know how to support the bloated governments they invariably create.
