Here's a sample of just one out of 100 messages to help you every day.

This is one message with some added content, from "A Career Devotional", a book with Inspirational and Uplifting Messages for a Satisfying and Successful Worklife. The message contained below is from the chapter entitled "Meeting Challenges".

Stress in the workplace brings on one very sad issue. It creates unhappiness. But if you let it overpower you, your unhappiness will plunge into your personal life with vigor. So to deal with the stress in the workplace, one has to understand the root of stress in the workplace, and believe it or not, it's not always "them", it's sometimes..... "you".
Both happiness and unhappiness comes from within. It stems from how we view ourselves, our family and friends, our jobs and co-workers, and the world around us. Our perception of reality and the choices we believe are available to us greatly impacts the way we live our lives. If your perception is limited, the choices you make will be confined to that limitation.

If you feel unhappy, dissatisfied and unfulfilled at your current job or in your current career, consider the conditions that bring on those feelings. Ask yourself how long those feelings last. Are they temporary? Do you forget what happened a few days later, or do you carry them as a grudge? Create a list of what bothers you most and include how often these situations arise at your job. Then create a list of things you can do about it, or ways you can react to change what's happening to you.

Unhappiness is derived from a combination of things, not people. You might think that a difficult boss is making you unhappy in your job, but in reality he/she is only making you frustrated and aggravated. Or it could be those "customers" that never seem to be satisfied. However, your customer or boss isn't capable of being the sole catalyst of making you unhappy in your job. For instance, you could have the most perfect boss with a great personality and excellent understanding, but if you hate what you're doing in your job, you will most likely still be unhappy. The same applies to customers. You'll always blame them for being unreasonable, when in fact, it's you looking for the negative rather than the positive. So stress in the workplace can be an internal issue because you don't know how to handle it.

You might consider frustration and aggravation as factors of unhappiness, but they are really temporary emotions that dissolve with time. If your frustration goes away and your unhappiness still exists, i
