Make sure to do your research before you begin your workout gym program -- but then again, that's probably why you found this page.
The problem is, you probably have know idea where to start. Well, that's what I'm here for. I'll give you the resources you need to be able to perform to your peak.

Now, by no means am I a fitness expert -- but I do follow a consistent, day to day routine that has helped me develop the body I want.
If you have the body you want, then by all means, keep doing what you're doing. But if you don't, then just trust me -- These guys know what they are talking about. - Turbulence Training
Turbulence Training is the child of Craig Ballantyne. Craig's unique system of bodyweight exercises, dumbell exercises, and interval training can all be done at home, with minimal equipment (if you are really strong, it might help to have a chinup bar). So again, if you are one of those people who loves machines, or cardio equipment, or marathon workouts, then this program is not for you.

- I totally agree with ?You won't get abs just looking at the internet?. In every exercise regime, the best thing we can do is to commit. And also, research is important to know if it fits us to avoid any injuries. Someone I know had hip injury and had to undergo hip surgery but had complications when he had a DePuy Pinnacle Hip Replacement.
