World Healing Prayer

Omnipotent Lord:

Today I pray for all those grieving losses. May they be comforted by loving angels. May their hearts be filled with divine love. May they be strong, steadfast, and stalwart in their daily lives from this day forward.

Dear great joy-filled Creator, let those who grieve today be confident in their knowing that they are being watched over and loved.

So be it, insofar as it is for the highest good of all involved.

And so it is.

A Chinese proverb warns us not to pray for interesting times. Whether we requested them or not - here they are.

All around we hear the death roar of a failing governmental system. What started as a group of young and inspired, optimistic revolutionaries has now been taken over by evil doers who are worse than merely materialistic. They love their game of inflicting suffering and hardship on the poor. They self-righteously observe the homeless, the penniless, the sick, thinking they have done something good for the future of humankind.

This kind of warped thinking is the worst type of sickness there is. It is evidence of clouded, ignorant negligence. Those withholding health and mental peace from the people are sick and have allowed themselves to be taken over by evil.

We who are still living on the side of good, peace, and harmony must fight back with waves of love and prayer. Yes, we must lovingly pray for evildoers so that they will be corrected and not merely annihilated by their own evil doing.

Those who say the poor and suffering masses are in pain because of their own karmatic doing are sidestepping the ultimate lesson of human beingness -- and that is compassion. Yes, we must learn to be compassionate in action toward the unhealthy, the unwashed, and the unlettered. And equally we must be compassionate toward the evil doers by asking the Great Lord of Peace to stop them in their evil tracks -- to correct their wayward useless lives, and to forgive their stupid hurtful ignorance.

If we, the poor of money and rich of spiritual love cannot help by praying for the worst of the worst, we have not yet reached our true potential. So let us dedicate ourselves to rebalancing the world, ushering in peace and well-being for all, by praying for the Lord God to heal both the very evil and the very downtrodden.

Dear Loved and Loving Great Creator:

We beseech Thee to hear our most sincere prayers, to send loving angels to heal and correct and comfort the needy of the world, to protect them from evil, and to give them spiritual strength.

We ask of Thee to reach the hearts of evil doers of all types: rich, poor, or otherwise, and to correct their evil ways and give them an unerring conscience that leads them to change their evil into compassion and love. Let them be grasped by Thine omnipotent power and changed so that evil can no longer rule their hearts and lives, so they will have no power left to ruin the lives of those less fortunate in this world.

Dear Lord, I ask that spiritual balance and peace be restored in this world, that people are no longer viewed by the elite as game pieces on the field of life, and that all are accorded respect and joy and well-being.

I thank you, Lord, for your compassion toward the people of this world.
