World Of Warcraft Burning Crusades

The Burning Crusades is an extension to World of Warcraft. Many millions of gamers around the world, using their computers, World of Warcraft software (from Blizzard Entertainment), and an internet connection play World of Warcraft at the same time with each other.

World of Warcraft is set in a fantasy world is called Azeroth. A variety of races (orcs, humans, trolls, draenei, blood elves, dwarves, night elves, tauren, gnomes, undead) live on three continents. Players use magic and combat skills to decipher quests, battle against each other, and progress their characters through levels 1 to 70 in this world.

The Burning Crusades expansion provides many additions to the original release of the game. New battlegrounds, races, quests, professions, instances and a new continent have been added with the expansion pack. The character level cap has been increased from 60 to 70 in the Burning Crusades.

The most significant addition is the new continent named "Outland". Outland features a vast new land mass for gamers to discover and explore. It includes new monsters, factions, cities, quests, gear, flying mounts and a totally new end game set of instances.

Mounts in Burning Crusades

Flying mounts are a massive addition to the expansion. Once they reach level 70, gamers can buy a mount that flies whereas in the past mounts were not able to fly. The flying mounts only work in the Outland continent where some zones are only available by flying mount.

An instance is a particular zone that gamers go into as a team to take on greater odds above that in usual questing. A team will have an instance all to themselves. Instances have a greater degree of difficulty and bigger rewards. To qualify to enter for a top-tier Outland instance requires a mixture of questing and reputation typical of the preceding World Of Warcraft top-tier instances.

Quests in World Of Warcraft Burning Crusades

Quests are plentiful in Outland. As with the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, the existing continent, a gamer can fill up on quests in Outland. Quests rewards are superior than before, with gold and gear rewards that dwarf the rewards of the existing continents by comparison.

With gamers now concentrating on leveling and questing in the Outlands, existing cities such as Orgrimmar and Ironforge have far few gamers in them now.

The expanded player cap is also a crucial part of the Burning Crusades. Players at level 60 had no upward course before the expansion, other than looking for better equipment and gear. With the new top level 70, gamers can continue to level further, as well as work on their reputation and their gear.

The Burning Crusades expansion has extended the World of Warcraft game so much, it's almost like an completely new game. But this leads us to question: Will Blizzard Entertainment be able to top it?
