World Of Warcraft Rogue Talent Guide
Gouge -> Backstab -> Sinister Strike -> Sinister Strike -> Eviscerate = 5 second death. Tired of this happening to you? Wonder how your getting owned by your own class? Maybe you just want to be able to solo to 70 with your rogue but think it's impossible. The right talent build can help you solo like a machine and beat down those other rogues in PvP.
Rogue Talent Guide - Combat Swords
Levels 10-11 - Improved Sinister Strike (2/2)Less energy means more attacks.
Levels 12-14 - Improved Gouge (3/3)Extra 1.5 seconds of stun
Levels 15-19 - Precision (5/5)5% increase hit chance
Levels 20-24 - Deflection (5/5)5% increase parry chance
Level 25 - Riposte (1/1)
Levels 26-30 - Dual Wield Specialization (5/5)50% more damage from your offhand
Level 31 - Blade Flurry (1/1)Awesome when you have more than 2 attackers on you
Levels 32-36 - Sword Specialization (5/5)Can be switched out if your using fists, daggers, or maces.
Levels 37-38 - Aggression (2/3)
Levels 39 - 40 - Blade Twisting (2/2)
Level 41 - Adrenaline Rush (1/1)
Levels 42-43 - Weapon Expertise (2/2)
Levels 44-45 - Vitality (2/2)
Levels 46-49 - Combat Potency (4/5)
Level 50 - Surprise Attacks (1/1)
Level 51 - Combat Potency (5/5) 15 extra energy every 5 hits really comes in handy for kicking out more damage quickly.
After 51 I would go for Improved Eviscerate (3/3), Malice (5/5), Remorsless Attacks (2/2), Lethality(5/5), and the either of the poison skills is good but I myself would do Vile Poisons (5/5). Or if your going to do a lot of PvP I would go into subtlety for increased stealth.

Rogue Talent Guide - Shadowstep PvP
The shadowstep build is great for PvP and argueably the most effective for arenas as well as battlegrounds and PvP raiding. Seeing as most of these PvP situations you start out combat in stealth. The subtlety tree gives you better chance for dishing out the damage without being seen and without taking any damage yourself.

A great talent build can help you out and many ways. The main being leveling or really kicking the crap out of your opposing faction in PvP. But what happens when you get to level 70?
