What Does World Revival Network Offer?
Many are discovering World Revival Network is many-sided. Fellowship, conferences and spiritual impartation are not all this organization provides. Functioning on multiple levels, we assist in ministry placement, consultation and church assessment. World Revival Network has also been developing diverse tools and resources. We are not only educating about biblical governance and practical ministry, but bringing deeper understanding through books, videos and training resources.World Revival Network is:
*Equipping ministry-minded people with tools, information, credentials and leadership opportunities in the local church.
*Educating leaders about divine order, biblical governance and practical ministry.
*Empowering leaders through relationships, prayer and spiritual impartation.
What Kind of an Organization?
"Many times I've prayed about our mission. I've been on my face and asked God what He wants us to do. On one occasion the Lord spoke the following, 'Some organizations touch the world, others touch the Church and just a few touch me. Which one are you going to be?' In that moment, I realized that if we could only touch the heart of God, we could touch the church and maybe the world. That is what we have set out to do." -Steve Gray

Article - 5 Things that Increase Giving in your Church
Ministry leaders, here are 5 practical things that increase giving!
1. Understand that People were Made to GiveThey just may not know it yet
Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Obviously there is a unique blessing that comes from giving. God actually made people to be generous to others. In giving, people are not just releasing their money, they also gaining things that make them happier and more fulfilled. Leaders must understand that it is good for people to give.
2. People Need to be Asked to Give
Encourage what is right
Asking is the biblical norm. Many ministries miss opportunities to encourage giving because they ask so infrequently. People not only need to be asked to give, they need to be asked often. First of all, frequent asking encourages action. People need to hear things many times, before they are ready to act. Why would an individual respond to something that is not on their mind? Frequent asking brings this need to the forefront. Secondly, right action does not always come naturally. People need to be continually reminded to do what is right. Finally, frequent giving opportunities encourage people to establish a regular pattern of generosity. It also allows small gifts to compound into larger gifts. Despite the vehement criticism expressed in some circles, Christ-centered ministries should never be hesitant to ask and to ask often.
3. The People who Give Need to be Thanked
Lack of appreciation equals lack of involvement
Ministries should always thank their contributors. It is very important to let your members and supporters know how much you appreciate their generosity. I have often wondered why we ignore our contributors and focus our attention on the needy. Don't hear me wrong, needy people can be quite demanding and ministries should endeavor to help everyone. Nevertheless, I have found that our church workers and supporters are not given as much attention as they deserve. Ministry leaders should engage them and thank them over and over again. They should understand that they are appreciated and encouraged. Might the level of giving increase if leaders expressed appreciation to those who are actually helping carry the work?
4. The People who Give Need to be Communicated to
Closed mouths causes closed wallets
The contributors want to know what is happening. Every time the offering basket is passed, many ask themselves, "What are my gifts are actually accomplishing? What has changed because of my generosity?" Since these people are truly partnering in the work of ministry, make it a priority to keep them notified. Give them regular verbal and printed reports of the ministry's impact. Ask them how they feel about the ministry's progress. Help them see where their giving is making a difference. Better communication always opens the door to more generous giving in the congregation.
5. The People who Give need to be Blessed
Blessing creates strength and empowerment
In the Kingdom of God, everything is tied to relationship and community. Thus, giving is never a one way street. It is part of building connections and preserving the well-being of the group. Ministry leaders need to bless those who are blessing the ministry. There are countless ways to do this. They can be blessed by prayer or taking the time to listen to their thoughts. Yet a blessing can come in other tangible ways. Ministry leaders can take a contributor out to lunch, give them an inspiring book or make a special visit to their home. Again, why do we ignore those who give the most to the ministry? I am not suggesting that you play favorites but you can show some tangible concern for those who give.
