Joana's World of Warcraft Guide
WoW Powerleveling Guide
If you're looking for the fastest horde powerleveling guide out there get Joana's guide. If you haven't heard of it, I'd recommend you check it out. Unlike other guides (mine included) where the information is somewhat open ended, Joana tells you exactly where to go, exactly what quests to pick up, and exactly what to kill. I'm currently in the midst of using it and it's definitely fast. By far the best guide I've used.
Where to Go - Horde
WoW Powerleveling Guide
-Stick to your newbie area. I'd suggest sticking to quests. They give really good exp in these levels and also point you in the right direction in getting you to areas appropriate for your level.
Levels 12-20
-The Barrens. Pick up as many quests as you can and do them. For the early parts of these levels stick to the beasts near the crossroads. In the upper levels you'll have to head out a bit. I find the areas south of the crossroads to be good.
Levels 20-25
-Stonetalon Mountains. There are plenty of quests at Sun Rock Retreat and plenty of areas to grind.
Levels 25-30
-Thousand Needles. Again, pick up quests and grind.
Levels 30-35
-Arathi Highlands. Plenty of mobs near Hammerfall to keep you busy.
Levels 35-40
-Stranglethorn Vale. This place is loaded with quests. Probably one of the best zones to powerlevel in. The only downfall is this zone might be a nightmare on PvP.
Levels 40-47
-The Badlands. There are some really great places to grind here. The whelps in the eastern part of the zone are easy to kill and will make you a lot of money if you're into mining/skinning.
Levels 47-50
-Searing Gorge. Grab some quests or just powerlevel.
Levels 50-60
-Tons of places you can powerlevel. The hinterlands, blasted lands, western plaguelands, Burning steppes, Azshara, or eastern plaguelands to name a few.
Levels 60-70
-I honestly don't have tons of experience here, but what seems to work is just grab quests and do them. Also, stop worrying about powerleveling so much once you break 65 or so. Start doing instances to start gearing up.
I'll be doing Alliance at some point.
