1. Quick path to level 10 for Horde players - Get to the Orc hub city of Orgrimmar as soon as you can survive the trip and catching a zeppelin ride to Tirisfal Glades. Head south from the zeppelin tower to the Undead town of Brill and start looking for quests. These quests in Brill are a bit easier and a less amount of traveling, significantly shortening your trip to level 10.

2. Quick path to level 10 for Alliance players - Head to the hub cities of Ironforge or Stormwind as soon as you're strong enough to get out of the newbie zone (around level 5). From there, find the passage to Teldrassil, the Night Elf homeland and start collecting quests. Teldrassil is very small, contains the hub city of Darnassus that offers every service, and players rarely have to run far to complete quests. You'll find yourself at level 10 or even higher in no time!

3. If you are low on health and feel as if you are fighting a loosing battle, Don't Panic. Once that is done you can start running away. Don't feel that by running away you are being a coward. Living to fight another day is always better. keep in mind that while running strafe from left to right. It helps to slow your mobs.

4. Gold at Scarlet Monastry
If you ever reached the Scarlet Monastery in Forlorn Cloister, Honor's Tomb. Go to the instance to your left. You can find the graveyard there. When you see the stairs during your stroll through the graveyard, just go up. There are 3 main types of mobs here. Don't touch the elite mob here. That would waste your precious time. Kill as many unfettered spirits. You can earn at least some silver and rare items for every kill. Roam around this area and try killing the unfettered spirits. You would be surprised to see that the gold in your account steadily creeps up every few minutes.

5. A good place for farming gold
In the Western shore of Westfall there is a small outpost that's surrounded by level 12-13 Defias Trappers. This is a awesome farming spot for low level as well as high level players because these Trappers respawn very fast. These Trappers have a good drop rate for Linen Cloth. You can get a lot of experience as well.
