Wrist movement tips in golf 

Your wrist motion is very important in order to have a good swing.

Here are some wrist movement and golf swing tips:

In golf it's very important to use your wrist in order to create a two lever system.
A one lever system is made when a golfer make the swing only with his arms, without wrist movement.
A one lever system is effective when you want to produce accuracy, but if you want to have power with your shot you must use your wrist in the right manner. A two lever system is created when you allow the wrists to hinge. Then you use your wrists to increase the clubhead speed.

In your golf swing wrist action must be natural , and to achieve that you mustn't try to force a hitting action. Swinging, hitting are two totally different methods of applying power.
