It doesn't matter what kind of story you want to write or the reason you spend hours typing like crazy hoping to write a bestseller; what really matters is that you write that damn story! You need to take it out of your mind and your blood system and get it done!
No more plots hunting you in your sleep or characters stuck in the middle of nowhere. I believe you (and me with you) need to put things in perspective and understand that a writer's main interest should always be THE STORY, not what other people will think when they will read it. It's all worth in the end because you had a story to tell so stop wasting time and write that damn story!!

Writing Software
I used Dramatica Pro to build the plot. As I said before I used WriteItNow to develope the beginning of my story and I'm still using it to write the chapters, but if it wasn't for Dramatica my story would be much weaker! It helps building the backbone of your novel: the PLOT! It guides you with practical examples through the creative process and I'm sure I'll use Dramatica for all my other stories (or until I find something better!). Writer's Help
Nifty softwares that make our writing easier or at least more organized.
At the moment I'm using Dramatica, I tried several others but so far I stick to Dramatica!
