WWE Hornswoggle

Hornswoggle's real name is Dylan Postl, born 5/29/86. He measures just 4 foot 4 in height and weighs about 130 lbs. Hornswoggle first started to show up on the Smackdown program in 2006, when Michael Cole was calling him "Little Bastard". He'd crawl out from underneath the ring during Finlay's matches on Smackdown to cause mayhem, such as jumping on Michael Cole or the announce table, or helping Finlay win by distracting opponents. Horney began to become more aggressive though and started to bite and attack opponents, with Finlay trying to stop him. At one point though, Hornswoggle helped Finlay to achieve the United States Championship by throwing Finlay a shillaleigh to knock out Bobby Lashley with.

In 2007, Hornswoggle and Finlay first started teaming up for matches, going up against Boogeyman and Little Boogey. Little Bastard was able to pin Little Boogey in several matchups. It wasn't until February 23, 2007 that he officially was referred to as "Hornswoggle". Hornswoggle is defined as to cheat, swindle or steal.

At the Great American Bash in 2007, Hornswoggle entered a Cruiserweight Championship Open match. After the bell rang, Hornswoggle became eligible because he ran through the ring. In the match, Hornswoggle was able to make a pinfall on the champ Jamie Noble and won the Cruiserweight belt, making him the first little person in WWE history to win a title. This set up a feud with Noble afterwards on Smackdown.

Hornswoggle also became famous during the "Mr. McMahon's Bastard Child" storyline on Monday Night Raw. For weeks, Vince McMahon was trying to figure out which women he slept with that had his illegitimate child. He had been informed that the child was a WWE wrestler, and after weeks of questioning, it was finally revealed that his son was Hornswoggle. This set up weeks of mischief and mayhem with Johnathan Coachman, William Regal and Vince McMahon all having to watch over Hornswoggle while he played pranks. During this time, Vickie Guerrero, the GM of Smackdown ordered Horney to give up his Cruiserweight title, and the belt was officially retired.

After several weeks of Hornswoggle giving Mr. McMahon a lot of agony and trouble, wrestler JBL came to the ring to inform Mr. McMahon he had been deceived, and that Hornswoggle's real father was Finlay. This set up a subsequent feud between Finlay and JBL, after JBL attacked Hornswoggle in the ring in front of Finlay. The two had a Belfast Brawl match at Wrestlemania 24 which JBL won.

During his career, Hornswoggle has fought against Little Boogeyman, Carlito, Chavo Guerrero, Natalya, Umaga and the Great Khali. He's also teamed up with his father Finlay to take on The Miz and John Morrison as well as several other teams. Once Finlay and Hornswoggle were split up due to the WWE draft, Hornswoggle befriended Goldust and then Mark Henry. He's been featured on WWE Raw during 2009, and was on ECW and Smackdown previously.

Hornswoggle's known for his quickness and cleverness around and in the ring, as well as his use of joke weapons. His finishing move is the Tadpole Splash which is his version of a Frog Splash done off the corner turnbuckle onto his opponents below.
