Xango Review

Have you heard of Xango or the Xango 3-step plan? We will review to find out if it is a scam. Xango is another MLM nutritional supplement company that has been growing larger in the past few years.

XAngo was started back in 2002 and by the end of its first year boasted $50 million in sales. Al lot of this is attributed to the large front end purchases most distributors are encouraged to make.

Xango, Tahitian Noni and Lifeforce all use the same 3rd party marketing company for their sales literature. The literature focuses on the ingredients and not on the company or the actual product.

AS for the business structure, it is a MLM style, which means you will be building people underneath you and encouraging them to buy product.

A benchmark for a break even point was given at around 20 reps underneath you to break even on the monthly costs.

One distributor put the average commission percentage for the first 10 months at around 11%. That means if you sold on average $2000 worth of product a month, you would pocket $211.

Although a lot of MLM companies have switched over to a different "front end loaded" compensation plan to help the new recruits, Xango is still set up the old way which means you will need more people to break even and make money.

Inconclusion, Xango is not a scam. They did have some legal issues in the beginning, but have continued to grow.

That being said, it is a standard mlm structure in which you will be drawing upon your family and friends. In addition they have a compensation plan which hinders new distributors to make money and break even.

It is up to you to determine if this is the type of business you see yourself operating.

Good luck out there!
