I used to play Console. I have to say Xbox does beat ps3. Exclusives are good. But I hate it when people argue about the graphics of that console. Its that hardware that runs it, Not the game. And It cant go beyond 720p even if you have an HDMI cable. The games natively run upto 720p. Running 1080p puts more stress on the GPU (Graphics) so you would have to tone the graphics down to play on that res. But, I say play what you like. I play PC because thats what I like to play.

It's like they release a great hardware system that nobody cares about lol. I hate bluray, its gimmicky and regular hd looks just as good. The ps3 also puts out alot of exclusive games that are big budget to produce but don't sell that well. Plus, they have horrible advertising. You hardly ever know about a new ps3 exclusive because they have no commercials. Xbox 360 just does everything better imo.

Yes the ps3 has internet browsing but the xbox is now going into that. In the new xbox update we gotten YouTube which is a big step. Another thing about xbox online is that you can get on 2 or more profiles in one xbox console (and view each ones friends separately) while in ps3 you have to only stay on one profile and you have to quit the game to change into another profile which in xbox you don't have to. In ps3 you have the profile background which is kindof good but we also have The same thing plus we have avatars (which I don't really think makes much of a difference since I don't really use then in anything but it is nice to look at them). Another thing that'd good on xbox is that more people have mics in online than ps3 . Don't say all the people with mics are kids. Sure I experience some kids talking into a Mic in xbox but not all of them are kids some of them are adults or teens and ps3 has some kids playing online with mics too. (Don't tell me that'd not true as of I have a young cousin who plays online on the ps3) . Also its also good in having mics in games becouse you can tell them things which would take long if you type it all and some games are really fast pace that you might not even consider typing a warning or something to a friend while in a game or match. Another thing I notice is that the xbox has party which allows you and other friends to talk and have a conversation with one another which is good. One other good thing about the xbox is kinect which allows you to be the controller and also have voice recognition while the ps3 has playstation move which I consider is a rip off of the wii . The last thing that I have to tell is that you can install games into your xbox from the disc or if you don't have one and want to buy a game you can get it online and probably check out other fun minigames and such things on the marketplace in the xbox live system. Oh and xbox first came out with achievements in which the ps3 made a ripoff off and called them trophies.

The PS3 probably has a slightly better GPU, but the creators of call of duty and other games don't want to do extra work to take advantage of each GPUs differences, so there is nearly no difference graphic wise. I go with the xbox 360 because the pro models are cheaper and that the xbox has other games like Halo, crackdown, etc. Also, many people think that Kinect is way better than Sony's wand controller(which is even more a copy of the wii than than kinect). It really comes down to if you like microsoft's games or other games for PS3. Also, the original xbox was better than the PS2.

Yeah, Live may be better and I could if I want too but I don't like forking out money to play a game online when I have already paid to play it. PlayStation Online wins in my opinion because it is free and despite what people may think or believe, the multiplayer experience is actually very good.
So seriously, XBOX users get a grip. I have both consoles and I think the last time I used my XBOX was right before I got my PS3. I'm about ti give the XBOX to my little brother because I have no need for it at all.

Playstation has free online but I prefer to pay 59 dollars per year then not paying for a

- I think you will all agree the best game console of all time is the ZX Spectrum 48k with the cheetah joystick especially good for hormonal teenagers playing Daily Thompsons Olympic games, the only downside to this console is the failure rate of the cassette tape failing to load and waiting 10 minutes for your legendary operation wolf to load this is where I may give the Xbox and sony playstaion 3 the edge

- I have both consoles and ps3 has WAY better graphics but xbox has a way better controler they both have equally good games but ps3 games haf better graphics cuz of blu-ray ummm and ps3 has a lot of extra features kinect is better then ps move and xbox costs less ps3 online is free but has a lag xbox live is paid for but it has less lag ps3 has more downloadable stuff.... But i would say that they are both great consoles and I would call it a tie unless you want more child freindly games whereas the ps3 has more of those
