Xcoin? Why bother when there are so many better !
I never reccomended Xcoin much , only that some reputable auction sites approved of it.
I still have an Xcoin account , but no longer promote it as an option ,only if a client asks if I accept it. Considering no one used it when I offered it this point is likely moot 
Xcoin site looks nice , some reputable auction sites offer it , and it has a toehold in Asia that I thought would compliment Moneybookers service I use thats popular in Europe , but to no avail. 
The last straw is when Xcoin had a month long e-mail issues , and did not answer any of my questions or those of several others on PSU.This is not acceptable.
Also I'm sure Googlecheckout will come to Canada , and I'm going to free up some of my valuable internet realestate for a payment service that has some brand recognition and much lower fee's 
So Xcoin , not much to say , other then poor communication and far better options such as Googlecheckout , Moneybookers and even eGold !
Frankly with Xcoin why bother? When they can hardly be bothered to answer e-mails? Xcoin Sucks !

- Xcoin is bad for merchants and your customers. I tried to pay $20 on xcoin. Xcoin immediately charged my credit card and took my money and kept it. But they would not send the money to the merchant. They said they need to "verify" my credit card -- after they already took my money. To verify I need to sign in, but every time I tried to sign in it would say "invalid password" or "invalid credit card" or just get stuck. Meantime they still have my money, the merchant has nothing, and I have no product. Then they demand copy of driver's license, address, tel. no. to "verify" -- this is AFTER they already took my money. I strongly recommend all merchants stay away from Xcoin.

- I have waited 11 days for my funds to transfer to my bank account!
I've sent 2 emails and 1 phone cal so far.(tried again,gave up)
Both emails were responded to within 24 hours, but without an actual answer...
The phone call was answered by a machine.
They haven't phoned me back yet!
I was excited to find XCoin & what they offer to replace PayPal.
I've tried several times to get EBay to accept them as a merchant acc.
I even tried to just put their PAY button on the auction pages.
EBay stopped that!
I have placed them on almost 2 dozen other auction pages elsewhere.
So far no sales...
Hope this gets resolved SOON!

I see it took you exactly 2 1/2 month's to respond to crushwb's comment and you mention that most responses are always within 24 hours. Not a good move on your part.

- I WILL NEVER USE XCOIN AGAIN TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS, I WITHDRAW MONEY ON DECEMBER 14TH, THEIR POLICY STATES IT WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO GO INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, IT HAS NOW BEEN 12 DAYS AND NO MONEY IS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL THEM AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. POOR SERVICE.

- I did have issues with XCOIN over the time to get a response. When they did respond the service was excellent, but not sure if the lack of customer service staff issue has been dealt with as yet. Today I had cause to contact them. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to reply.

- crushwb??? Is that John??? If so, I have checked out your account on Xcoin and do not see any email sent from your account. Also, the email response time average since June 1, 2007 is well below 24 hours.
support@xcoin.com seems to work for most people…

- Xcoin.com is a JOKE. I can't even access their website, let alone use them. They've always been either extremely slow, no support and now their website just won't open! What a joke. I'm deleting and forgeting xcoin. No more "xcoin".

- Xcoin would not answer any of my e-mails for a month , rather then industry standard of 24 to 72 hours. This was apparently a common issue that month and clients were never informed. Not acceptable level of service on an already not very high in demand service. I've stopped advertising Xcoin.
