XITANOS MATEMATIKOS (MATHEMATICAL GYPSIEZ)>>>>>>>>>>>
Xitanos Matematikos is a tribe of artists that explore the world and self through conscious artistic production, arrangement and creation. Our creative works show aesthetic sensitivity and imagination towards who we are, who we've we become and our surroundings. As Xitanos (Gypsies) we wander, therefore we do not confine our selves to one particular form of expression. We transform all moments and elements of life into one creative spark. We share these after-moments by way of spoken word, sound, performance, videos, poetry, photography and various other mediums.>>>>>>>>>
Born displaced and colonized we find our way as Xitanos. We are physically, mentally and spiritually nomadic. We are Completeness/Incompleteness and show this as we come and go. Wherever our path may take us we will always leave a piece of us and take a piece of where we've been of what we've encountered. This characteristic that each of us have in some shape or form permeates through our work and existence. Knowing that we are not alone in this frame of mind, we offer wandering artists a place of shelter within our sacred refuge.>>>
Mathematics, to our understanding, is the order of all in existence. Our Ancestors used mathematics in their everyday way of life as a tool to solve practical problems and a tool to understand our place in the Universe. As students of the Science of Life we use mathematics to give us a greater understanding of reality. >>>>>>>
We understand nothing under the Sun is new. Everything is , has and always will be. We simply re-invent to re-invent self. Through creation we have shared our past, present, and our future. Along these lines we strive to stay alive in the mind and body. A philosophy of "Each One, Teach One".(sharing, equality)

Cocalero

The movie follows Evo Morales around the country and outside the country during his campaign for presidency. It has great footage of his grassroots movement and his peoples struggle for their history and their culture. The Bolivian Coca movement.
