30 Minute Meals specializes in convenience cooking for those with little time to cook. The show was awarded an Emmy for Best Daytime Service Show in 2006. Rachel Ray teaches simple recipes that she claims can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. She uses ingredients such as garlic and chicken stock as simple ways to boost flavors and she often prepared a salad or used vegetables to complement her dishes.

Ray's 30-Minute meals is simple, but inspired. Ray cooks in real time, so you know what you're in for. Ray has indicated on her cooking show that it may take others over 30 minutes but the point being that it's still fast and simple. Rachael's 30-Minute Meals book series has been selling extremely well since it first was introduced years ago.

Rachael's television work grew to include a series of lifestyle and travel segments as well as a long-term relationship with the Food Network, She earned her Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Service Show Host and Outstanding Service Show in 2006.</description>
