This is my first and only attempt at writing a book. I wrote this starting in September of 2005 and finished around February of 2006. Originally, it was just in MS Word format and really written for my own satisfaction. After discovering Squidoo, I thought this might be a better medium for my writing. This might just be the first book every published within Squidoo. Since this is relatively long for a single lens, I decided to create a separate lens for each chapter with links to the index page and links to the previous Chapter and the next Chapter.  Thanks for checking in and please feel free to comment.
