There are plenty of resources out there, but the best one that I've found on building a hydrogen generator car is Run Your Car With Water. Building a hydrogen powered car is not an easy thing to do, so if you are somewhat that can change an alternator or spark plug or even know someone that knows a little bit about cars, then you should be able to put together the hydrogen fuel system for your car.
