We all have it, its just some of us practise and get better at it and others dont! Making a Visual Journal is so easy, kids stuff really. If you enjoy cutting or ripping out pictures from a magazine and glueing them into a book. If you can write a sentence or two about how you are feeling, and if you can play with paint and abstract squiggles with a crayon or pastel then you can create a visual journal.
