I just recently posted a new article over at my blog that I thought might be of interest to the readers of this lens. If you have been experiencing plateaus in your workout and can not gain more muscle or get to the next weight goal that you have then it is time to change your routine. Body building routines are good only for a limited time and then your body adapts and you need to make changes to the same old workout.&amp;amp;nbsp; It won't keep giving you the results you are looking for.&amp;amp;nbsp; In fact many suggest changing your body building routine every six weeks.
