Did you know that there is an estimated 1 in 150 children with autism in the U.S.? This is the estimate released by the Center for Disease Control in February 2007. This data is based on studies conducted and information gathered from 14 sites in the U.S. during 2002. The Autism Society of America has projected that there will be approximately 4 million people diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (here, we will use the word &amp;amp;quot;condition&amp;amp;quot; for now) living in the United States over the next 10 years.
