The preferrred solution seems to be to force our global communities to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels and conserve and to develop cleaner renewable energy sources such as solar power and wind power... Al Gore's Inconvient Truth Movie  What I'm suggesting  with this lens is to take a fresh look at this problem and then search for all possible solutions to this complex problem.
