All of that changed once I attended my first NCN caricature convention. The NCN stands for the National Caricaturist Network. It's a trade association for artists who love to draw exaggerated faces.

Once I attended my first convention, my whole life changed. I saw just how talented many of these artists are. I learned how many have made a business out of it by selling their work at theme parks and zoos. I realized for the first time that my skillset wasn't just sideshow entertainment. I realized that caricature illustration was a true artform. I am still learning more and more about it daily. My hope is to help educate the public on what it is that makes this unique artform so special.</description>
