Special molds and stainless steel pans were created by TD Fabricating and Welding of Clearfield to accommodate the colossal-sized sandwich. The pans were designed to suit the behemoth burger's unique specifications and cost $500 to produce. People from all over the world have visited Denny's Beer Barrel Pub. "Every weekend we have someone new coming through our door," says owner Denny Liegey. "We've had people from Hong Kong, Korea, Australia, England, Ireland and Germany." The restaurant is also a favorite of competitive eating groups like The United Eaters of Pennsylvania. "Denny's is sort of our Mecca," said member Dave Schoffner. "We come here every year."
