Thankfully, there are still a few banks offering very consumer-friendly credit card deals, including offers where you can transfer a credit card balance at 0% intro APR, and pay no balance transfer fee for the first balance transfer.  In fact, consumers can still find a few business credit cards which feature no fee balance transfer offers.  The existence of these coveted deals is great news for anyone who is currently servicing lots of high-interest credit card debt.
