<description>I&amp;amp;#39;ve been working with the Sedona Method for a couple of years now. What baffled me the most is how much we hold ourselves back by semi-consciously harbor opposing goals in mind? For example let say we want to be famous, but hate the idea of being in the spotlight. Our most conscious goal will get us moving, but then we feel unease and a resistance comes up. This causes us to move one step forward and two steps back. This is almost impossible to fight, when we start pressing our resistance also presses harder.
Letting go, just allow it to leave dissolves this jo-jo way of being. If anything this is really what I&amp;amp;#39;m most great full for in the Sedona Method.
