If you wanted 18-30's and cocktails on the beach, you'd be heading to one of a hundred tourist-ridden destinations. Kuwait is a country burdened by the stigma of a war, struggling to remove itself from that era, and begging to be given a chance to prove that it's more than just a vast expanse of sand.
