The voter's knowledge of politics is no longer needed thanks to ABC debates which supply all the nonessentials us Americans care about. The candidates no longer have to describe to us what they will do but rather eat pancakes at the local pancakery shoppe and smile with the kiddies. Lobbyists have become massive powers at the capitol whilst Americans continue to be distracted by shiny objects. Essentially politics in America have been massively dumbed down.
