When we were kids there were a lot of things we saw and did. The late 50's through the early 70's was a great time to be a kid. For many the tv was something we watch a lot. All the old shows that Mom and Dad would let us stay up to see. All those Saturday morning cartoons. The tv set you had to adjust the rabbit ears to get that better picture. To being out side and play in those hot days to those snowy wintery fun! Making a tent with two chairs and throwing a blanket over them. This was still the time when our Mom's were home with us and not at a job somewere. All those times we sat at the table to eat supper together. Having fun in going out in the car for a ride. There was so much fun! The picture you see here is a picture that my Dad took of me in the front yard of our house around 1965.
