I have learnt the skill of pinpointing personality types within minutes of a conversation. Are you aware of Have you ever thought of what a great advantage it would be to have knowledge of the personality type of the person you are talking with and likewise Knowing your personality type and the great impact this knowledge will have on the quality of the conversation? Actually you already have some knowledge but you are probably not conscious of the fact. Let me give you an example that I'm sure you will recognize: When you are talking to a person you know very well, say your father, and your intention is to have a constructive conversation with him. Do you touch on subjects that you know will agitate him? Of course you don't and you can avoid these subjects because you know your father's likes and dislikes, his personality.
