My dream and passion is to be able to bird the world. I am a disabled senior who would like to see birding hot spots become accessible birding destinations. Birding can be one of the quieter and more relaxing outdoor activities. However, birders who are keen rarity-seekers will travel long distances to locate new and rare species, intending to add these to their list of personally observed bird list

Antarctica is a continent located literally at the bottom of the world. The weather there is extremely cold. Antarctica is almost completely covered by ice and snow for much of the year. Very few people live there, except in the small towns of McMurdo and Palmer on the seashore. There is a science station at the South Pole where experiments are done relating mostly to weather and space exploration.
