Costa Rica, the Rich Coast

After discovering that I may be making a trip to Central America, I decided to get some information on Costa Rica. I’ve always wanted to travel to Central and South America, other than Mexico where I spent a month 2 years ago, but I didn’t know which country would be best for the adventure. I figured that getting information on Costa Rica would be the best first step for a handful of reasons. This land mass that connects North and South America is so interesting, with such diversity, that it would be a true adventure.

Mexico Travel

Tips and Topics for traveling in Mexico. Check out the articles below to get started on research for your next Mexican vacation or your retirement on the beautiful beaches and quaint towns of Mexico. There are articles on places from Acapulxo to Xalapa. But, don't stop here, research about Mexico is easy to do on the internet, with so much information out there about this country. I spent a month in Mexico 2 years ago and can't wait to get back. But, Mexico travel isn't the only thing that is smokin' hot. The travel club membership I belong to is on fire right now. Check out the email I received, comparing the cost of staying at a resort on the beach at Cabo del Sol. And this is just an example of the deals you can get, there are many that cost as little as $298 with a savings of over $2,000. This resort "is situated on a private beach surrounded by 28 acres of quiet, private gardens. Located in picturesque Cabo del Sol, and home to a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus..... Amenities include beach access, four freeform pools, children's pools, children's club, health spa, two fine-dining restaurants, two buffet restaurants, sports bar, and tequila bar. The health spa includes women's and men's saunas and steam rooms, and a fitness center. Massage, body treatments, facials, waxing, and hair/nail care are also available. The old-world hacienda architecture of the resort's walkways, guest rooms, fountains, cafes and shops, evokes the rich history of the Baja region. Each guestroom or suite features colorful Mexican decor, a spa tub and blue-tiled shower, and flagstone balcony or patio. Atop the main building under a yellow-and-blue dome is an open-air room where 360-degree views of sea and desert are especially dramatic at sunset. Beachfront fine-dining dinner restaurant with air-conditioned dining room featuring tree-branch ceiling. Seating on candle-fringed terrace, also. Choices include oysters on half-shell, shrimp-spinach ravioli, lobster bisque, sweet-potato-wrapped shrimp with passion fruit-tequila sauce, lamb chops, achiote-marinated crayfish, steaks. When comparing the exact same size unit and dates, here is what you'll pay elsewhere for a one week stay at this resort without a membership: Travelocity $1976.59 Priceline $2088.38 Hotels (dot com) $238.00 per night (excluding local taxes & hotel fees) Expedia Not Offered in their Inventory Your special membership price is only $645.00 for the exact same "everything". That's a minimum savings of over $1,100.00 for just this one week. These kind of savings are yours for a lifetime. Enjoy Life! P.S. Don't forget to visit the new Cactus Spa & Fitness Center while you're there..." Now if this doesn't make you want to pack your suitcases, I don't know what will. Join us on the beaches of Mexico or any other beaches you may want to visit. This was from an email I received a few months ago, but there are more all the time. Check out the movie explaining the entire program that allows you to travel in luxury for the price of a Motel 6. Thanks to the travel club membership, I know many people who not only go on vacation at extraordinary places, but come home with more money than they started out with. Imagine this scenario, you are sitting around the pool, sipping your margarita, talking to the person on the chaise next to you, extolling the virtues of the resort, when the subject of price comes up. You listen as he tells you what a good deal he got with Travelocity, around $2,000. Let him go on about finding good deals. When it is your turn, you explain that you have a travel club membership and you got an excellent deal. "Well, how much was it?" he asks. If you are on a hot week special, you reply, "$298". (If you are not on a hot week special it would be up to $699.) "A day?" he asks. "Oh no, that's for the entire week, all 7 nights." Don't rub it in too much. Remember you don't want to make him mad. A little envious is OK though. "Per person?" he queries. "No, that's for the whole family." you calmly tell him, just like you do it once a month. Of course with this membership and business, you could do it once a month. If it is a person, couple or family that likes to travel often, think of the money they could save over time. Now that guy is really interested in your travel club. Now the important question pops up, "How do I get one like yours?" Along with your travel club membership, you also get a business. So, you can pull out your laptop, show him the movie and help him get his very own membership. And next week when you are back home (if you are back home, who know, you may have decided to extend your vacation) the delivery van will pull up and you will get a check for around $1,000. And what with the tax implications, you won't be able to afford NOT to go on vacation. Check out the movie and contact me, but only if you like to take vacations and see exotic places, sit on the beaches of the world, or go skiing in the winter, teaching your children about the world. Traveling, especially if you are making and saving money can be the best times of your life. Our travel club membership, has been sold for over 20 years, to thousands of happy clients for over 3 times what we can now sell it online. This isn't just another one of those travel programs online. This was a business for many years that gave good customer service to it's clients, and still does.

Burn the Fat Review: See what Burn the Fat can do for You!

Tom Venuto, a respected fat loss expert, natural bodybuilder, and personal trainer, has not just pumped out yet another "diet program" into an already over-saturated market. Tom's Burn the Fat can be more accurately described as a "Fat Loss Bible." It is quite simply one of the most complete, detailed, and precise guides to fat loss you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other weight loss publications on the market? Well first of all, it's not a "weight loss" program, it's a "fat" loss program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you've read just the first three chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing "weight loss" is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you've failed to reach and maintain your ideal body weight. Burn The Fat shows you exactly why it's fat you must lose, not "weight" (which includes muscle, water and other lean tissue) and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it. So if you want to get lean, this is the guy to listen to. Tom is one of the most respected names in the bodybuilding game because of the amazing physique he has built WITHOUT the use of steroids or other drugs. Here is a guy who has competed in bodybuilding 28 times at between 3.7% and 4.5% bodyfat, which is a phenomenal achievement when you realize that it's been done naturally. Therefore when Tom decides to write down his fat loss secrets then you just have to take a look. Tom's program is based on using the right type, frequency and intensity of exercise (BURN), which allows you to actually eat more (FEED) and still easily shed your unwanted body fat. There is NO starvation dieting involved. This program also allows you to keep your muscle, which is important because most conventional diets cause you to lose at least a pound of lean tissue for every pound of fat you lose. Retaining muscle is the key to optimal fat burning metabolism.

Joel Comm's "Adsense Traffic Guide" is an ebook I recommend highly if you want to succeed in the adsense business. One of the reason's I bought it was because Joel Comm is not only a recognized expert in the field of Google Adsense and other affiliate programs, but he is actually doing it as well. I have also signed up for his Monthly Template Program and would suggest that you do the same. I have thoroughly enjoyed January's templates and am anxiously awaiting February's. No matter how you build your site, HTML or php or one of the site builders like XsitePro (which I use), HyperVRE, or WordPress, the templates make it a snap to get a site ready to upload to the internet. If you happen to pick up "Adsense Traffic Guide" for just the nominal charge of $7 and get the opportunity to sign up for the Monthly Templates, I would definitely recommend that you take advantage of that. As you may know, Joel Comm's Instant AdSense Templates are the world's most popular templates and site building system, providing thousands of smart internet entreprenuers with the tools and resources they need to create revenue-generating sites quickly.

Dog Food Secrets

You are probably just like me, I love my dogs and would not to anything on purpose to harm them, but according to this book and what we have learned since the pet food recall, that is exactly what we are doing. This shouldn't have come as a surprise to me. Many years ago I had adopted a little dog from the local SPCA. When I fed her the latest dog food, moist burgers wrapped in plastic which actually were more expensive than canned, I thought I was taking care of her. She loved them. But when she got to be about 6 years old, I found out that half of her teeth were rotten. I never realized that the burgers were filled with sugar, absolutely not a healthy diet for dogs, or anyone else for that matter. So she had 12 teeth removed at that time and more later. I am sure you would be shocked as well. But that isn't anything compared to the garbage described in Andrew Lewis' e-book, "Dog Food Secrets".

Yoga Mats and Other Yoga Accessories

Yoga accessories are about as eclectic as those that practice yoga. Yoga accessories include yoga mats, yoga gear, yoga CDs and DVDs and yoga books. You can even find them in health food shops, meditation shops, new age shops and , of course, over the internet. Unlike some other sports, you don’t need a lot of yoga accessories when you practice but they do enhance the overall yoga experience with convenience and comfort. Overview of Yoga Equipment The degree of preparation for practicing yoga is minimal. It is true that you have to mind your diet, but however, mental preparation is by far more important. Still, when it comes to yoga equipment, there are a few things to keep in mind. These things are not mandatory, but recommended, in order to increase the level of efficiency and comfort. * Yoga clothing: there is no such thing as a strict rule regarding the type of clothes that one has to wear, while performing yoga exercises. Nevertheless, practice has demonstrated that comfortable, loose, breathable clothes are the most convenient ones for carrying out this routine. Sweat suits, shorts, pajamas and t-shirts are the outfits people mostly opt for. As for certain exercises from a regular yoga routine your head comes below your knees, you might want to put on a t-shirt that is tight to your body. * Shoes: as a general rule, yoga exercises are performed in bare feet. Most of the times, shoes are left near the entrance. To prevent discomforts caused by the cold sensations, you can put on light cotton socks. * Mats: In a yoga room or studio it is likely to observe, on the floor, a large number of mats, each one for a different practitioner. These mats are used for various reasons. First of all, they delimitate the personal space dedicated to each person. Hence, every practitioner can try to reach the state of harmony between the mind and the body, within the space allocated to him, space that he can control and dominate. Another relevant reason for using mats is related to the level of comfort. If you sweat your hands might get slippery and you might loose your stability. For that reason, a mat could help you stay focus on the routine. Especially if you are a beginner in yoga training, you have to deeply consider purchasing a mat, as the hard floor might be a serious cause of discomfort to you. Most yoga studios offer yoga mats for rent, for a dollar or two. However, most people like to purchase their own mats, from the specialized stores. * Blankets: It is common for yoga studios to have enormous piles of blankets. Do not hesitate to grab one or two, as they can turn out to be handy during classes. They can either be used as props, while performing exercises in uncomfortable positions, or you can use them to cover yourself, during relaxation at the end of the class, in case you get chilly. There are other elements such as blocks and straps, for example, which people use to improve their efficiency and level of comfort, while carrying out the yoga exercises.
helicopters

One of the most sought after gifts last year and as I write this in early summer, what a great time to get out and fly. Although my son has been asking for an RC helicopter for a long time, I was initially a little bit reluctant to get it for him. He has been a big fan of RC cars and boats for a while, and has been pretty responsible with them, but an RC electric helicopter seemed like too big a step for a 10 year old. Although radio controlled helicopters are pretty small, I was still sure a helicopter rotor could do damage in a crash! I knew that he would not intentionally do something irresponsible with it, but I figured that accidents could happen. That I found a mini hummingbird helicopter kit for him. It was one of the smallest RC helicopters I had ever seen, and seemed like perfect for a first time pilot. The rotors were tiny, and the whole thing couldn't have weighed more than a quarter of a pound. It was such a small hummingbird helicopter, in fact, that it could only be flown on still days. Still, it looked like the perfect solution, and I immediately picked it up for my kid. To say that he was excited would be the understatement of the year! A few of his friends already had hummingbird helicopters, and now they could all play together. The kit came ready to fly, except for the fact that the battery needed to be charged. He was so anxious to get it going that it seemed impossible for him to wait the requisite half an hour. Soon, the battery was ready, and we were good to go. He took the Hummingbird helicopter outside into our backyard. We have a pretty big shared commons behind our house, so there was ample room for flying a helicopter radio controlled. At first, he had a little bit of trouble controlling it, but soon it was flying along pretty well. As a matter of fact, we were both pretty happy with the way it performed except for one small detail: the flight time was way too short. A radio controlled electric helicopter uses up its energy pretty fast, and takes a while to charge. This is why I recommend that, if you buy a hummingbird helicopter, you get an extra battery pack with it. That way, you can get at least 15 or 20 minutes of fun in before you have to recharge it. Recharging the batteries can take a while, so you don't want to have to stop and do it after only one flight. Super low prices on RC airplane and helicopter parts and upgrades!

Hiking

Hiking sounds like, to use a very old phrase, a cakewalk - something easy. You lace up some boots, slip on some shorts and a shirt and you're on your way. What could be easier? Certainly, some hikes are that easy. And they should be. Not every hike has to be a three-day outing in the peaks of Colorado. Not every journey involves navigating through forests, across rivers and over mountain passes. Sometimes you just want some fresh air and a little exercise. But once you expand your horizons, what do you do? First, get in shape. Take those shorter, more level hikes near your home or someplace a short drive away. Especially if you've been sedentary, work up to more rigorous hikes slowly. The single major reason for anyone to not stick with any kind of exercise plan is pain. They try too hard too soon and overdo it. That leads to injury and pain, and they give up. The legs, obviously, will get most of the initial burden of a hike. Though you'd be surprised at how many muscle groups are involved - all of them! Start with a short, daily routine of some leg squats and thrusts. Bend at the knees, arms outstretched to the front or side, then rise again. Try some thrusts by standing feet together then moving one foot out about 18 inches and kneeling part way, then rise. How far you extend the foot and kneel down will both depend on your leg length and general condition. Take a few short jogs to build up your cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart/circulation and lung) systems. You'll need plenty of oxygen capacity and a stout heart to complement muscular stamina. Get some basic gear. Get the right boots by researching online. Make sure they fit with some thick, sturdy socks that wick away moisture. If you'll be hiking near brush or trees, seriously consider pants rather than shorts. Infections from scrapes are common. Wear a sturdy shirt that covers your arms for the same reason. Try to hike with at least one other person unless you are familiar with the area and the terrain isn't very challenging. GPS and other navigational tools can help, but if you injure yourself or become very ill that may not do you much good. Until you have an intimate knowledge of plant life, don't eat anything along the way. Mushrooms are a common concern, but many berry-looking plants can be very unsettling at certain times of the year, too. Similarly, avoid drinking water from natural sources. TV commercials may make creeks look 'natural and refreshing', but just as often 'natural' means 'unhealthy'. Nature in the wild can be harmful. Even in the absence of man-made chemical pollutants, bacteria and other organisms can turn water toxic. Stay on clearly marked or visible trails until you know the area or have more experience. Getting lost is one of the most common ways that amateur hikers turn a pleasant two-hour hike into a two-day search-and-rescue effort. Maps can be helpful if you know how to read them, but these days a GPS is probably more useful for most people. But you need to spend a little time learning how to use it. Some numbers or a digital arrow pointing in some direction isn't helpful unless you know how to interpret what they mean. Start slowly, get familiar with some well known hiking trails and pretty soon you'll be ready for those all-day or overnight trips. Then you really begin to see the great adventure in hiking. There's nothing like sitting under a bright blue sky and looking out over the heavily forested Rockies from 2,000 feet up. Ok, get started.

Bride

Every bride wants to look her best on her special day. Getting married is definitely an appropriate excuse to want to dress well for the occasion. Most brides want a celebrity look for their wedding day, but some have a difficult time pulling it off. With a little direction and a dose of reality, it’s not impossible to look like a celebrity on your wedding day. Below you will find a list of beauty tips that may help you achieve the look that you want for your special day. Make-up While it was designed to help cover blemishes, uneven skin tones, pimples, wrinkles, and age spots, make-up works best as a polisher for reasonably healthy skin. In order to get the best results for your make-up it is best to drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet to achieve a great look. While bridal jewelry will accent your wedding gown, foundation, eye shadow, eyeliner, and lipstick will accent your facial features. If you plan on getting a facial, it is best to allow at least 48 hours before your wedding day to clear up any redness or skin irritations resulting from the facial. Hairstyle In order to ensure that your hairdo coordinates well with your wedding dress, it is best to choose your hairstyle after you have decided on your wedding gown. Up do’s work better with higher necklines and halter dresses, while off the shoulder and plunging necklines work well with long flowing curls, waves, or straight hair. Bridal Gown There are several beautiful bridal gowns on the market, however, each have been designed with a specific body type in mind. Whether you have a pear-shape or hourglass figure, it is important to choose the gown that looks best on you. Don’t be afraid to settle on a plain bridal gown—you can always embellish it with bridal jewelry! Bridal Jewelry Choosing the right accessories will help any bride to complete her look. Wearing bridal jewelry is the perfect way to add elegance and style to your bridal attire. Keep in mind that Ivory wedding gowns look best with gold accents and stark white gowns are better accentuated with silver/platinum jewelry. It doesn’t take a lot of money to achieve the look that you want for your wedding day. As a modern bride, you have every right to look beautiful. Remember, beauty can be achieved with simplicity and elegance.
Mexican Food

Say 'Mexican food' and most will think of burritos and tacos. But those, and other very heavy foods, are the traditional product primarily of Northern Mexico. There's much more to the country and its cuisine. Not only are there regional differences, but Mexico itself is a diverse land of Aztec, Mayan and Spanish influences, with a bit of French thrown in for good measure. The results show up in the varied dishes and drinks that all can be justly labeled as Mexican.

Google Cash Detective or Adspypro

SOLD OUT! But wait, there may be another solution. Go to Adspypro and order your spy script for only $67, not hundreds, not thousands, just $67. This new script, according to it's creator, does what UCP does for just 3% of its price, what Google Cash Detective does for just 10% of its price. Here is what Eric Holmlund says on his blog, Eric's Tips, "So if you want to start "spying" on keywords to see which ones are the most likely to be profitable, I recommend picking up AdSpyPro at this incredible price." The comments about AdSpyPro vs Google Cash Detective confirmed the fact that some who have actually bought both, have found AdSpyPro "to be more user friendly." I have bought another product from JP Schoeffel, the Adsense Firesale guy and creator of AdSpyPro, called Niches in a Box, had a full install done of those sites and am very happy with the product and the customer service. In fact, I sent in my information for the install late Saturday evening and two hours later the site, the blog and the autoresponder were up and running. This program lays out profitable affiliate programs and PPC campaigns quickly and easily, every single time. It works with Google, Linkshare, Clickbank, Commission Junction, and many, many more. Most of us know the concept behind using adwords for affiliate sales, it's simple. You place an Adwords ad with your affiliate link, bid on the keywordsand when someone clicks through and purchases something, you earn commissions. But the execution is not always easy, unless you have something to guide you. Obviously, if you earn more in comissions then you spend at Adwords, you are in profit. If it is the other way around, you lost. And it happens. So, what you, me and every other affiliate marketer needs is an edge. With that said, today is a great time to start an affiliate marketing business. This is, like anything else on the net, always changing, so you have to keep up and pay close attention to the new developments. Have you read the classic ebook Google Cash, the authoritative manifesto on how to build a business running Adwords traffic to affiliate programs? When the original was released several years ago, it was responsible for helping many people make a lot of money. It was just updated in March, if you don't have it yet, you can get it here: Google Cash 3rd Edition. If we are affiliates, we desparately need answers to these questions: "How do I find profitable affiliate programs?" That's the burning question that everyone wants to know, right? And then questions that usually follow from that such as: "Which keywords will I use?" That is the one that I agonize over. It took me forever to get over the keyword issue. Now the next question is: "What is the best ad copy to use? Well, Google Cash Detective sold out in one day. Why? Because it had the potential to give smart marketers a huge advantage in your Adwords campaign. GCD and AdSpyPro lets you "spy" on your competition, to see what keywords are effective for your advertising campaigns. It does that by scouring the internet and collecting PPC ads, identifying the affiliate ads vs the non-affiliate ads. It tracks those ads for however long you set it for and gathers up competitive info for you. Reports are generated and provide you with the "profit signals" and shows you which ones are your go-ahead campaigns. You know, the ones that will stuff your pockets with cash. But, AdSpyPro is available right now and will let you do the same thing, but for 10% of the cost and NO monthly fee, either. But the price is going up, so if you want to have an advantage over those who don't use a product like this, order yours now.

Puppets

Kids love to play with puppets as it allows them to set free their creative imagination. Puppets can bring great joy not only to kids, but also to adults, all over the world. Puppets were first introduced to the world of entertainment thousands of years ago. It originated from Greece as the Greeks then were known to be fond of theatrical presentations. Though they enjoyed theater, they found supporting the actors financially rather expensive, so that they turned to the use of puppets in plays. They soon discovered that puppets were just as able as actors to elicit positive response from the audience, so they continued to patronize the use of puppets in puppet shows and presentations, and soon stage puppet shows became many people's favorite past time. Today, puppets and puppet shows have come far from their humble beginnings and still continue to be popular. Many puppets are patterned after animals such as frogs, elephants and birds. Every puppet used on stage has a distinct characteristic and personality. The differing personality is expressed not only by the puppet's design but also by its individual body movements as expressed by the puppeteer's hand movement. Puppet performing it is not as easy as you think. It requires thorough and consistent practice before you can become an expert. A puppeteer needs to study different techniques such as the basic positioning, diction, arm rods and body movements. The most common type of hand puppets is the simple hand puppet and the larger hand puppet. Each of the puppets has their distinct usage in puppet shows. The simple hand puppets have few or no moving parts at all. They are usually made up of flexible materials and have distinct facial features such as eyes and nose. The mouth is often included on the simple hand puppets but it is usually there just for design purposes. It does not even open or close unless a thumb enters a pocket allowing it to move. Larger hand puppets are more complex. Other than obviously being bigger in size than the simple hand puppets, they have additional manipulatable parts such as the eyelids and hinged mouth and arms. Aside from providing amusement and fun, puppets nowadays have taken a political turn and are also used in thinly veiled political caricatures and satire. These political puppets are often modeled on known political personalities and are often depicted in the characters' usual political setting. Whatever the size or the design, puppets and puppet shows today still provide wonderful entertainment to many people of all ages. For more on Puppets visit Susan's sites Puppet Show and Puppet Theater, and also at Shopping and Society. ePuppets are inspired by nature and literature. These full-bodied hand puppets are richly detailed, perfect for any Gift-Giving occassion

Ron Paul

I first actually noticed Dr. Ron Paul at the Republican 'debate' in which he took part. My first impression was, I hate to say this, "Who the heck is this guy and what is he doing running for president?" It took me a while, but after his second or maybe, third, reply, I got it. Now I know what he was doing there. Unfortunately, it probably won't do any good, except that he may get his message out and some may take it to heart. Do some research and you may find you like what he says also. I am neither Republican or Democrat, but I do like people who stand up, practically alone, for what they believe in. He may not have the charisma necessary to be elected as President, which is a shame, because he certainly has the ideals that he stands up for, that we haven't seen in years. As one of his congressional colleagues said "Ron Paul personifies the Founding Fathers’ ideal of the citizen-statesman. He makes it clear that his principles will never be compromised, and they never are.” Then, when you find out what he stands for and what he says, Click Here to vote with your dollars. Those of us out on here on the internet are the ones giving support to his campaign. Proud member of the Ron Paul Revolution Group

iPhone

Friday, June 29th was the BIG day. There were people lined up beginning on Monday of that week, so they could be the first to own the new iPhone. A little radical, I think. With so much being written about Apple’s iPhone and the extensive media hype given to this product one can forgive one for thinking that it is the next big thing to happen in the mobile communications world. In fact, thousands if not millions of words have been written about Apple’s iPhone and with a lot of news time also being devoted to it, it can easily be thought of as being the Supernova of all the hoopla that is surrounding its launch. Thus, it is hardly surprising that rumor mills are working overtime to be the first to introduce the Apple’s iPhone features and among all the ravings and ranting, often the truth may be obscured. To Read The Rest Of This Article Please Visit: http://www.iphone.dcsventuresinc.com

Travel, with accommodations in 4 or 5 star luxury resorts for pennies on the dollar. Take cruises for the lowest possible prices. Or find exotic tours to go on, like an african safari or a more gentle tour, a trip through wine country in France. Whatever you decide you will save money if you like to travel as much as I do. The title might be somewhat deceptive, though it is not intended to be and I suppose cheap is in the eye of the beholder. But I think if you can stay at a beautiful resort for as little as 10% of the going rate, I believe that's cheap. Because of that rate, I plan on vacationing much more in the coming years then I would have otherwise. So if you are truly interested in having first class accommodations in all kinds of exotic places check out the movie on my Resorts site And one more thing, it is a terrific business to be in and when you buy your travel club membership, the affiliate business is included. No monthly autoships, no monthly fees, no maintenence costs. It's a great product and a great business. Check it out.
