Due to a deficiency of the Vitamin B12, I have now been diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia. I haven't always known about this condition as it was only diagnosed a few years ago. However, I didn't really let it figure much in my mind simply because I didn't realise just how much of a difference it could have on my life. I still have so many unanswered questions. Incidentally, I have not had any of the recommended tests performed to check for this condition.

When there's a death on the roads, what usually follows is the placement of a roadside memorial. With cyclists it's a ghost bike and with pedestrians it's images of the deceased, condolences and flowers. Much as I love the idea of roadside memorials I can understand how they can be considered a nuisance to other road users. If they're neglected, vandalised or parts of them stolen they become an eyesore. Sometimes, they are placed in areas that are not considered a public right of way and are erected with no permission granted from the relevant authority. Jack the Ripper is well known as the serial killer of London 1888, who terrorised the Whitechapel area, mutilating and murdering prostitutes. He has never been caught and his identity also remains a mystery though vast amounts of books have been written about his crimes and the killer himself. A number of similar Jack the Ripper walks were used to create this Squidoo Lens. This lens will take you on the tour of Jack the Ripper's murder trail providing you with the chilling background information of each murder. It will also feature many of the taverns and pubs that Jack the Ripper and his victims spent many hours drinking and socialising in. I wrote one, I'm sure I did, ages ago but cannot find it. What I do remember is that I loved this book; I love how JPA's mind works, his descriptions, his thought processes. He is my inspiration to write horror. I can do it with his help. He made me smile when he reviewed something of mine and he sent me another copy of Gifted Trust when the first copy went astray.
