Advertise on Xomba For Free

After using Xomba for a while now I saw a huge increase in traffic to my lenses and websites. After only one day of having one blurb about one of my lenses I had over 100 views to that blurb and saw a huge jump in my visits to my lens! I couldn't resist but to add all of my lenses and have since seen a huge jump in traffic to all of them, even my "unique" and rarely searched for lenses.

I didn't use Xomba to its fullest in those first few days and I'll let you in on a few secrets so that you can get the most out of your Xomba account.

Tip #1
Make a blurb AND a summarized article about your lenses or websites and have each with different keywords (you can only have 5 per blurb/article). The more the more likely they will be found.

Tip #2
Don't rely on the space they give you for your URL in the blurb alone. Make sure you highlight keywords and use the link button to add your lens or website link to those keywords as well.

Tip #3
Keep your blurbs and articles updated! Edit them every few days to keep them fresh. If you can rewrite well, then do so for extra articles and blurbs to create more traffic for more keywords.

Tip #4
Make sure the most important information is in your first sentences! These are what people will see under the Xomba blurb/articles title in google. If they don't see what they are interested in, they will keep going to other links.

Tip #5
Double check your blurb or article after you are finished to make sure your adsense ads actually coincide with the subject matter. If they do not, you may want to adjust your keywords till you get more relevant ads so you can get more clicks out to adsense as well.

All you have to do is go to Feedburner.com and sign in with your Google Account. To add Xomba as your feed you'll need to go to "my profile" on Xomba and go down till you hit "username's wall". You should see a blog feed icon and this is your Xomba feed link. Plug it into your Feedburner feed section. Go to "publicize" in Feedburner and then "headline animator". There are multiple different options, just scroll through them till you find one you like.

Now, post this all over your blogs, websites, forum signatures, facebook, myspace, everywhere you can think of! Remember that Xomba is about quantity, and thats about traffic and clicks as well!
