What is Tantra

So what is Shamanic Tantra anyway?

Tantra is a path to integrating your sexuality with your spirituality. Shamanic tantra teaches how to move your sexual energy through your body and use it intentionally to heal and strengthen you so that all of life becomes blissful, not just your sex life! Tantra as we teach it is about creating a deep intimate connection with yourself first, and then with your partner. Sexuality begins within you, and is not something generated by another person. We teach a path of integrating the heart, the mind, and the body, so that you can live a peaceful, loving, and passionate life.

Here is an example of what a day in my life as a Tantrika can look like

I wake up from a fitful night's sleep, glad that it is time to get up and begin my day. While still half-awake, I feel into my dreams to see if there is anything important there, but the dreamscape is silent. Over the past few nights I've been working a lot in my dreams, getting downloads of unconditional love, so I suppose it's okay to have a dreamless night! Still, I feel a little disappointment that I have nothing to mull over. (read more about my life as a tantrika)

Yoni Massage Video Meditation

This is the first stage to giving a yoni massage!

Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the vagina. It literally means "Divine Passage" or "Sacred Temple." Yoni massage is the ritual of honoring and healing this part of the body. In this ritual, you touch the yoni not from a place of creating arousal and orgasm, but from and intention to be in joy and wonder of this beautiful part of the body. The seed of a woman's sexuality is in her heart. By following the guidance tantra offers, women learn to connect their heart to their yoni's pleasure. This leads to a place where the goddess can experience her yoni as fully as she does her heart. There is so much emotion and trauma held in the yoni. To open there and release that clears the way for a whole new level of sexual experience. This process of healing the yoni, of releasing fears and trauma, is like pulling the weeds from a garden to allow space for beautiful flowers to grow. Tantra allows women to plant these flowers within their bodies - flowers of love, joy and ecstasy.

Tantric Massage Video

Tantric Massage is a ritual of receiving sensual kundalini (sexual) energy. In this ritual, you are given time to explore your body without goals. Tantric massage adds energy healing and tantric coaching to the ecstasy of receiving a nurturing and awakening sensual massage.
