The name's a bit of a giveaway but if you haven't guessed the tool at the heart of YACG Pimped* is the YACG sitebuilder. In case you don't know YACG is a free open source automatic site building tool (see Blackhat Explained for more info).

YACG has been my personal mass site building tool of choice since it was first released and I've tweaked it, added to it and generally Pimped* it to produce the best possible sites in the shortest possible time using as little server resources as possible. Automatically Generate and Display Ads for Relevant ClickBank Products

The most unique tool available to YACG Pimped* members is called CB Ads Pimped* - a complete, automated system for generating and displaying ads for relevant ClickBank products on your YACG sites. ClickBank products are selected by keyword and ordered by popularity so you get relevant products which are proven sellers! Unlike other ClickBank ad tools, CB Ads Pimped* does not rely on the product text in the ClickBank Marketplace (which is generally aimed at attracting affiliates not buyers) to create the ads. Instead the ad titles and descriptions are generated from the text on the product sales pages which creates far more targetted and enticing ad copy and a considerably higher click through rate and sales rate.
