My introduction to Yahtzee

My grandparents introduced me to Yahtzee when I was a kid and we played it whenever I went to their house. There was much excitement when anyone got a Yahtzee--the odds just aren't that great for everyone to get a Yahtzee in each game.

The basic Yahtzee game comes with dice, dice cup, and score sheets. Yahtzee (See Wikipedia for rules) is a Hasbro game for 2 or more players which involes 5 dice, a cup, and a score card. Players take turns shaking up the dice in the cup and rolling them while trying to get different combinations of the dice. The best combination you can get is a Yahtzee where all 5 dice are the same. At the end, the winner is the one with the highest score.

Power Yahtzee introduces the "Power Die" that adds some extra fun to the game. If you get lucky you might score some extra points or get an extra roll. I like the Yahtzee cup and the tray you roll the dice on to that comes with it.
