Yoga in Fiji - Take a yoga retreat in Fiji and rejuvenate your life
Ranked #8,659 in Health, #105,828 overall
A blissful yoga journey in Fiji's Hidden Paradise.
Daku Resort is a small, comfortable resort in beautiful tropical gardens in Savusavu on Fiji's northern island of Vanua Levu. Known as Fiji's Hidden Paradise, Savusavu is a friendly little town tucked away from the main tourist beat with the slow, friendly pace of traditional Fiji. It's an ideal place to come and unwind with a week of yoga. By the end of the week you will feel rested, rejuvenated and at peace with the world.
At Daku, we have been running our Paradise Courses in a variety of subjects since 2004. We have welcomed many people over this time, and Daku has found a special place in their memories for the attention and friendliness with which it cares for its guests - for many, it has been more like a family than just a place to stay.
Yoga in Fiji

Yoga in Fiji is a series of week long yoga retreats at Daku Resort in Savusavu.
The 2008 series of retreats certainly features something for everyone. Many different styles of yoga are catered for and the courses run nearly all through the year.
Our daily schedule varies slightly with each teacher, but essentially it follows a pattern of early morning practice, a break for breakfast, and then another workshop session. It takes place in an open-fronted villa set slightly above the resort with a view out across Savusavu Bay. Some teachers also offer late afternoon sessions.
It's a calm and peaceful environment ideally suited to finding that quiet space where you can really come into the full strength of your yoga practice. During the course we will give you a free half hour massage - and we have no doubt that you'll probably book another one later on!
