Do Yoga Toes Really Work?

Have you ever wondered if yoga toes really work? The truth is that they can help you relieve pain and discomfort in your toes and feet. I have found that by wearing yoga toes just a few hours a day that all the foot problems I was experiencing have completely vanished.

Wearing yoga toes doesn't require you to exercise to be pain free. You can wear them while relaxing and passively rid yourself of most foot problems, including bunions and hammertoes. They're not only easy to use but they are very affordable as well. You can buy yoga toes at online yoga stores for much less than you would find at regular stores.

What Are Yoga Toes?

Yoga toes, or yoga toe stretchers as they are sometimes called, are very much like the foam toe separators that pedicurists use, except that instead of foam they are made of a plastic and gel combination. Yoga toes are placed between the toes to separate them and are extremely good for the feel. They can relieve pain and discomfort in the toes and the balls of the feet caused by wearing tight shoes. Some have claimed that yoga toes can even straighten the bones in your feet. If you are at risk for foot surgery it wouldn't hurt to give them a try. Please consult your personal physician, however, before beginning to wear yoga toes.

When Can I Wear My Yoga Toes?

You can wear them anytime you're not going to be standing on your feet. It is recommended not to stand while wearing yoga toes. A great time to wear yoga toes is while you are doing other things; it's great to be productive and exercising your feet at the same time! Many people like to lay down in bed and read or watch television with them on. You can even wear them to bed at night if they are comfortable enough. Yoga toe socks would be the ideal sock to wear with yoga toes overnight, as they will keep your feet comfy and warm.

Where Can I Buy Yoga Toes?

You can buy yoga toes anywhere you are able to purchase yoga supplies online. Many online stores have better prices than traditional brick and mortar stores; the internet is a great place to find great deals on yoga toes.

How Do I Wear Yoga Toes?

It's recommended to wet your yoga toes first before slipping them on. You can just turn on a faucet and let them run underneath the water for a second or two and then you're ready to go! It's also good to stretch the yoga toes themselves before putting them on, this will ease the process.

Are Yoga Toes Comfortable?

When you first put on yoga toes they may feel uncomfortable but that's okay because this means they are working and stretching your toes. Gradually, your feet will become more used to them and you can increase the amount of time you wear your yoga toes. Wear them as long as you can, given there is no discomfort...you could wear them all day if you wanted! Just like any other sort of exercise, the longer you wear your yoga toes the sooner you will reap the rewards. Some people notice nearly instant results but some others need time to break their yoga toes in. Whatever your case, stick with it and eventually you'll feel comfortable and pain free.

How Do I Clean My Yoga Toes?

Yoga toes are easy to clean because they are manufactured with a non-porous material, which means they won't absorb dirt and any other things they may come into contact with. They are also dishwasher safe so cleaning your pair will be a breeze!

Now That You Know, Go Buy Yoga Toes For Yourself!

So there you go, hopefully you've learned enough about yoga toes to go out and buy a pair for yourself. Whether you buy them at retail or find a discount yoga clothing store online, I'm sure you'll be happy you did!

Hi, I've never tried Yoga Toes before...I guess I've probably seen them but I thought they were the same things you use to paint your toenails. I bet my sister would like them, she is a massage therapist and is always looking for new ways to stretch hard to get muscles.
