Styles Of Yoga

Sevananda Yoga focuses on five principles that unite the body, mind, spirit, and heart. They focus on proper breathing, also known as pranayama, a vegetarian diet, relaxation, knowledge of Vedic scriptures, and meditation.

Tivamukti Yoga is about spiritual teachings, postures, chanting, meditation, music, and readings which are all included in the class.
